Dear,sir mobile no 8885449474 recharge is successfully but Main balance is 0.00 give me balance return plz any mistakes sorry

I have recharged for Rs 56/- on 22-2-2012. and received sms as under:

Hi! Recharge of Rs 56.0 is successful, Current balance is Rs26, TransID:100001283046287-Tata Docomo.Recharge at ...Sender: DOCOMO :Message Centre +919030055002 Sent: 22-Feb-2012
08:46:54 am. But i have not received benefit of 1ps/ 2 seconds (for 180days)
When I contacted Customer care on 121-1-9. I was told there is no record and call again after 6 hours.

Dear Sir, you have received my complaint as assured me to resolved soon. But no action has been taken till 1st March 12. What about balance of Rs 26/- shown in the message.
