My tata photon plus no. 9212628471 is unnecessarily topped up with some idiotic VAS which I don't even know what really is value-add about it. Just that, I get a charge of Rs. 99 every month in the name of that VAS which I had to get reverse each and every time by calling up their customer care. Why can't they just deactivate that feature? Something as gross as automatic charges levying by a corporation like TATA is substantiating the fact that all the companies are the same. They just want to extract as much money from their customers, irrespective of the value being provided against it.

My tata photon no. is 9243313704. Please deactivate the same. I have been calling customer care but no response. Customer care people asked me to write a mail regarding the disconnection but there is no response even after the mail.I am totally fed up with the service and the customer care people. kindly deactivate the account at the earliest.
