Misinformation and slow internet speed
I applied for the mega plus package few days ago, the internet speed is supposed to be up to 16mb with a quota of 300gb then it get reduced to 4mb (UNLIMITED) when the quota is consumed.
I consumed my 300gb even thou the speed was never over 4.9mb, the internet went down to 3mb after 2 days (not even the 4mb as the contract states or the ad.
Now the speed went down to 128kbs no idea at the moment why so I called the call center, some woman answers and I told her about my the whole speed problem she told me this and I qoute “your package mega plus is up to 16mb and when you consume the 300gb your internet speed goes down to 128kbs” I told her that’s not what signed up for she told me “da ely Bayen odamy ya fandem” I asked her to rectify this problem she transferred me to sales department just to make sure.
The sales agent confirmed with me that the mega plus package is up to 16mb with 300gb the goes down 4mb when quota is consumed, I asked her then why is my speed got down to 128kbs, she put me on hold for 5min then she got back and told me there is another quota for the 4mb (50gb) after u consume them your internet speed goes down to 128kbs. I told her nobody told me about this, she answers without any problem and said “we don’t tell about this to anyone and also you use the internet too much” it’s like am being punished for using the internet. she was very disrespectful and unhelpful and this not the way to treat your costumers.
The internet is supposed to be 4mb after I consume my quota (NOT 128kbs).
Needless to say that there was already an instability connecting problem that they should be working on but nothing is done like always.
I am paying for this service so please rectify this matter as soon as possible
