Dear Sir/ Madam,

I would like to discontinue the tele- Aid service. However, the Tele Aid customer service asked about the address, password, pin#, telephone #, the first date I acquired the car.

Does anyone remember anything happened 10 years ago about the above matter.

Mr. Robert is in the connecting service department try to manipulate me to continue the Tele-aid service. I sold the car.
Even though if I do not, there is not way to insist and harass customer not to disconnect. I feel that he is putting a gun to me and my husband head, punishing us to stay in tele-aid. This is illegal business practice. Ad customer, we have the right to proceed or discontinued any service in USA.

I feel like MBZ is trying to scam us to get the tele-aid service or even Mbrace service which we do not need or even use for the last 10 years.

I demand discontinue service and refund charges on my American Express.
