Declined auto payment to Sharp Health Plan

HERE IS THE INITIAL EMAIL


"Your check payment has not been processed.

We are sorry that we cannot accept your check at this time. Our decision is based, in whole or in part, on information provided to us by TeleCheck(r). We encourage you to call TeleCheck at 1-877-678-5898 or write TeleCheck Customer Care at P.O. Box 4513, Houston, TX 77210-4513. TeleCheck can discuss with you the information that led to our decision not to accept your check at this time. Please provide TeleCheck your driver's license number and the state where it was issued, and the complete banking numbers printed on the bottom of your check. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, you have the right to a free copy of your information held in TeleCheck's files within 60 days from today. You may also dispute the accuracy or completeness of any information in TeleCheck's consumer report."

Second step I contacted TeleCheck via their directive. They sent me a 6 page form that DOES NOT explain anything as to why my check was declined. The auto pay is set up and ONLY for $1.74. I have PLENTY of money to cover that tiny amount. Not to mention this auto pay has been paying for 2 years and about 4 months already.
I tried calling Telecheck to get answers. NO WAY TO TALK directly to get answers. I need my insurance. Luckily I called Sharp and there is a local area where I can pay cash for my medical coverage or this INCOMPETENT Telecheck company would have caused me to lose my health insurance for no reason, other than to create problems for some of us.

Telecheck is WORTHLESS. I want help to stop them from being connected with my information. How do I do this?

Check Denied at Walmart

TeleCheck needs to be shut down. I see many complaints like mine where Telecheck has prevented me from writing my OWN Valid check at Wal-Mart. I was given a generic excuse about not being in their system, that's because most people don't write checks nowadays. My account is in good standing, I just have not built up enough "activity" for TeleCheck to monitor and snoop into my business. Who gives this third party company the write to violate fair credit reporting act again, based on NOT negative information, but lack thereof. This is a bunch of BS. Especially since I have waited one week for them to update their system on me- TeleChexk STILL can't reassure me that if I write ANOTHER check, I won't be stopped again. I was denied 3 times from writing a good check wtf??
