ORDER NEVER SHIPPED

I ORDERED FROM THIS COMPANY BEGINNING OF AUGUST THEY CHARGED MY CARD RIGHT AWAY ON SAME DAY TODAY IS AUGUST 21, 2012 STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING , I READ OTHER CUSTOMERS REVIEWS AND COMPLAINTS, THEY STATE THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I CALLED THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER NO ONE EVER ANSWERS 877-767-1970 LEFT VOICEMAIL NO ONE EVER CALLED ME STILL WAITING, WHEN I PLACED THE ORDER IT SAID I SHOULD RECEIVE WITHIN 5-9 BUISNESS DAYS. STILL WAITING. NEVER ORDERINGFROM THIS PEOPLE AGAIN. VERY MAD AND FRUSTRATED AT THIS POIN.
