unauthorized charge

i have a $4.99 charge on my bill, called Telus and find out it was from Triton, never heard of this company before. i told Telus it was a scam but they did not believe me, they became an accessory to commit fraud and very unwilling to assist in fact accusing me of downloading some game due to the fact that i own the device, very rude manager, no customer service.. apparently on their system they see 2 incoming messages, no outgoing which means i never responded i have no history of those messages on my phone, no history of any apps download that was billable on my apple history. it’s clearly a scam from which Telus should protect its customers and not accuse them.. i can no longer trust Telus to act in good faith on my behalf, very bad service. i will be cancelling my telus account due to an hour wait time before reaching an agent but mostly due to poor customer service, that’s unacceptable
