New Honda HRV First service experience

I had bought a new Honda HRV on April 21, 2021 and had brought it in for my one month inspection today May 21, 2021. The inspection was done professionally however I was very disappointed with the customer experience. My car was a bit dirty when I brought it in for the service and I expected the service centre to wash the car and vacuum the inside before returning it to me. But the car was returned to me in the same dirty condition. I had expected the service centre to wash the car as it was brought in for a service. Since it was my first inspection for a new car , which I had paid RM113,000 , a complementary car wash would have given me a delightful customer experience. Even if they had charged me for the wash it would be acceptable, but to return a car to the customer in a dirty condition is unacceptable. This is our fourth car my husband and I have purchased from this same outlet. We had purchased two Honda City and one Honda Accord. Honda Malaysia needs to improve very much on the customer experience and also introduce customer loyalty privileges.

New Honda HRV First service experience

I bought a new Honda HRV on April 21 , 2021 and sent it for my 1month service inspection today May 21, 2021. The inspection was done professionally. However I am very disappointed in the customer experience as the service center did not bother to have the car washed and vacuumed when handing over. My car was already a bit dirty and I expected the service centre to wash the car as I had brought in my car for a service inspection. I had paid RM113,000.00 for my new car and I expected at least a complementary car wash which would have only caused about RM13.00 to the service centre. I believe Honda Malaysia needs to improve very much on your customer experience and also introduce customer loyalty privileges. Please note to date my husband and I have purchased 2 Honda City and 1 Honda Accord from this same outlet and this is our fourth purchase.
