Unprofessional Service

I had a reservation for September 2016 for one night at The Loft in Tallahassee, Florida. This was during the time the Hurricane (Hermione, I believe) hit. I called the day before I was to check in to cancel this reservation. This was within the 24 hour cancellation time. No one answered.

I sent them a letter when I returned home. No response.

I sent them a second letter January 2017. No response.

I would like to get a full refund for the night we couldn't stay there or two nights of my choice for any date in the future.

They had no electricity in most of the city (I know that they didn't for a fact because we went to Tallahassee anyway.)

This is more than $100.00
