I have sent back the envelope sent them multiple cancel calls and emails and we did not even order this piece of junk newsletter and yet it still keeps coming from 370 Technology Drive PO BOX 3019 Malvern, PA 19355-0719

Operators do not listen

I have actually used the selling advantage in the past but would not now. Was approached by the rude operator trying to take time out of my schedule to sell me The Selling Advantage. I asked the operator to make a note as she called on a Monday morning at 8:00am that I would prefer that she call me in the afternoon. The same operator continued to call every morning at 8:00am for 5 days. Today I took the time to listen so she would not call me again. As soon as I get the information I will be cancelling the subscription.

If you are trying to send me something to "teach" my staff how to sell should your operators take note of how to sell? Listen to the customer, don't read your entire canned speech....listen to the customer is the first rule of sales.

Pushing this service without approval

Annette Plett called about a selling training program. I told her I do not want this as a subscription as it would have to be approved by our company. Still insisted to email the information so I can have it - I told her she can send me information but do not send invoice as this is not approved by our company. She said not to worry just take a look at the information.
Now I receive the email and it basically thanking me that we are looking at their service and an invoice will be sent etc...

This is such BS.

Free offerscam

Was offered a "Free Subscription" by these folks. Just received a $432.00 bill and will not pay it.

Canceled but invoices keep coming

I called and e-mailed the company asking them to cancel our subscription after seeing the first newsletter back in September and before receiving our first invoice. We have four sales people and received ten newsletters in one package--what a waste. I wrote cancel on the invoice and sent it back. More newsletters showed up so I called customer service again and canceled the subscription. I just received another invoice that says our account is past due. How many calls, returned invoices, and e-mails does it take to CANCEL THE SUBSCRIPTION????

Trying to cancel subscription

I wrote a letter to them to cancel the subscription and now I am receiving not one but two envelopes with multiple copies of this news letter. In my letter I threatened to get our lawyers on to them if they did not comply. Any suggestions from anyone before I take this last drastic measure step?

The Selling Advantage

Just received a call from a collector regarding a "PAST DUE" bill for The Selling Advantage. I informed the woman, I have never received the 7 packages she stated they "confirmed" they sent. I asked, "How can you confirm I received them?" I wrote CANCEL on the first invoice received as instructed and she says they didn't receive it! Aren't we both saying the same thing? In addition, I told her I never received the 5 invoices she stated they claimed to have sent. Great idea about asking for the recording or something with my signature. Thankful for this board! Did anyone have any follow up from these people? Anything to be highly concerned over?

The Selling Advantage

On September 22, we received a call at our business from Becky Morgan of "International Credit, 800-774-6462 ex 4939." She said that she was calling to collect on a debt my business has. When I asked for simple information like who the bill was owed to and an invoice number, she refused to answer and said that she could only speak to the other owner, my husband, Richard. When Richard called her back today, she said the company we owe is "The Selling Advantage." We have never done any business with this company. When Richard asked for information about what we supposedly received from this company, Becky refused to give him any information on what we received. She said Richard had given them his e-mail and his birth date (which of course, he did not) so that made him liable for this imaginary debt. Richard replied that he would not be paying and he believed the whole thing to be a fraud. Becky hung up on him.
