non-delivery of product

I heard an ad for a deal on ZERO WATER products while listening to Youtube. I placed the order, gave my credit card # in Dec. Still no delivery in Feb. Called credit card co. after seeing poor ratings and scam complaints on BBB. Credit card gave my $ back pending investigation.Still waiting for confirmation.
