My Yarn Club

I paid $4.95 postage in June 2020 for a yarn and pattern kit I never received. In July, I was charged a $19.00 membership fee which I didn't agree to. I cancelled my membership in July but was charged another $19.00 in August. I am disputing the August charge with my credit card company. Please contact me if you have any questions. Thank you

Ordered free yarn kit...didnt get it

I ordered a free yarn kit from my yarn club by brittany...paid 4.95 shipping last week....haven't received nothing. I want my money back. This is Stephanie monroe at 2313n waters st burnet tx 78611.
