Took my Harley to this business and made agreement with the owner to do certain modifications and repairs. Gave him $ 1000.00 down payment. Months, and months went by with no contact from him. A year later he still would not answer his phone. I went by the shop and the door was locked. He called me and asked for $ 2000.00 to buy parts. I have known him for years, so I trusted him. I gave him the money, and the same thing happened. No contact. I find him coming out of his shop one evening and demand to see my bike. It's in the back of the shop, covered with dirt, the engine's been taken apart, and the rear tire is completely flat. He swears the bike will be ready in 2 weeks. Not true. Four months later, nothing has been done. I call another shop and have the bike towed there. The owner tells me he can't refund my $ 3000.00 until the parts he ordered arrive, so he can send them back for a refund to him. Then, he can repay me. I really doubt this.I don't know what happened to this guy, but he's turned into a thief! Will definitely take him to court.
