Timberland Pro foam sole disintegrated
The Tiberland Pro Series boot was bought for the work, and might only wear several hours per week for about several years. Now, the foam sole was disintegrated totally to the powder. Instead of googling for the way to repair it, I learnt that so many complaints about the problem through the years. It was ugly and shame that the company is still making the shoes with the defect material.

Sore and cracked feet
I have bought Timberland boots for years for my wife and they have been great. But the last pair caused my wife's feet to get sores and crack. In examining the boots it appears the inner soles do not have breathing holes like the other pairs of Timberland boots.

Feet sore and cracking
I have bought your Timberland boots for years for my wife. They have been great. But the last pair caused my wife's feet to get sores and crack. In examining the boots it appears that the problem is the inner sole. The old ones had breathing holes where as the new ones do not!

Soles desintigrated
I looked up (timberland shoes fell apart) and found this video because my wife's did the same thing. Unfortunately she was on a hiking trip when it occurred. Real quality CRAP.

Soles coming off my boots
Do not buy timberland boots. They use to be a good boot with a lifetime warranty but no more. I've been through 8 pairs over 15 years. Just spent 200 on a pair this last spring - March- and the soles were coming off the heel and forefoot area in 8month timeframe. Took them back to the timberland outlet store where I bought them and they would NOT help but gave me corporate phone number to call. I used gorilla glue to glue the sole on and am wearing them. It's now February and am still wearing them but point is 200 should give you a better boot. They are comfortable but quality is waiting. I'm going to redwing. They are more pricey but don't fall apart in 8 months...

soles disintegrate and crack
To: Chrome01: I just got my replacement boots from Timberland today. They found that my boots were defective and replaced them at no charge. Call 888-802-9947 and select option 5. They will give you a return authorization number and the address to mail them to. After you send your boots back you can call the warranty center for an update at 603-772-9500.

soles disintegrate and crack
I have owned around 6 pair of Timerland Pro boots and every pair has lasted around a year. I wear out the soles because i work between 12 to 18 hrs a day. i found a really light and comfortable pair called Titans. They were taller and added more angle support. Unfortunately after 6 months i am experiencing the same problems everybody else is they leak and the soles were they bend have cracked all the way across. Also these boots have a softer sole so i figured they would wear faster but i never thought they would crack. Timberlands "work boots" so they call them are junk and a waste of money. I paid 180 bucks for these and i am severly disappointed. I am going to send them back. I already know their qaulity is poor now lets see how their customer support is.

soles disintegrate and crack
I'm a commercial electrician and I have purchased 2 pairs of Timberland Pro boots. They are pretty nice at first but the soles are complete garbage. The first pair split all the way across right about where the ball of the foot is, I thought it was a fluke and the boots were decent other than that so I bought a second pair. This time it was the Steel Trax 6-Inch Boot, not a cheap pair at about $150. I noticed that it had a different sole than my old model, which had a flatter sole. These have a rounded section wight where my old ones split and I hoped that they had addressed the problem. Unfortunately, that's right where they split, again. The sole is also shedding several layers of rubber, seems it is not one solid piece. I don't know if it's a material problem or a problem with the process they use, but I will NEVER buy another timberland boot for work. There are times where I really flex my boots, like when I kneel down and keep the front of my foot flat on the floor, but I thing that any pair of WORK boots costing over $100 should stand up to such use. Timberland "Pro" is all hype and no performance, the uppers are fine but the sole will wear out before a year is up with real use.
