I leased a bn20 printer from time payment and did the agreement for 1 year. Printer got delivered 3 months after the down parent and a full month owing almost 3 grand before I even had the printer. After two month got a letter saying that I didn’t get the insurance and the charged me $100 extra a month. They did not explain I needed insurance on leased items especially when roland has a warranty on parts and service for 1 year. The next few months they would take payments out on earlier dates than the original date. $714 a month became $733 a month for no explanation. After December I’ve had it they made my payments late twice because they keep charging when they felt like it. I called to see if I can pay my renaming balance on the printer they said e would be $658. I paid it just for them to call two days late to say I owe 1400 more to finish the lease. I paid it and requested a paper stating I now possess the bn20 printer and is not leased and never gave me any paperwork stating it’s paid off. I was then charged a month after paying off printer of 12.99 that was never explained .for a 5k printer I paid a little over $9k. They are a rip off and a predator company similar to rent a center.
