I got in spring 2013 a Tissot T-Touch expert, and I registered it. Now it doesn't work correct and shows that the battery is nearly empty. I went to the local for Tissot licensed shop and asked for replacement of the battery. First, with our looking really on the watch they asked me is I used it in water, even not thinking about that this watch is water-resistant till at least 20m. I said no and the saleslady told me that even for a battery-change they have to send it back to the factory and it would take 2-3 weeks. I think such a handling is not correct, as it shouldn't be that it takes for a battery-change 3 weeks, not thinking about the costs of sending it to the factory.
