My paymnet was due dec12012 it is late however my phone was off and because the employee darby couldnot reach me she called her freind that i work with and advised her my payment was late and i needed to call .This is a clear breach of privacy agreement which is asdsumed by me specifying contacts for when payment not received.Amanda peters the freind of darbys is not a contact i listed and it was an illegal act to advise her about my account.I intend to seek legal council in this matter as it was illegal and caused me embarrasment and could have led to issues at work also.
