Unauthorized billing
I had this service several years ago and cancelled it now I see I have been charged for this again. I do not have any recollection of authorizing this.

continued charges after cancellation
i called TLG 3x last oct 4,2016 for cancellation bcoz i changed my mind about the membership(am not really fond of joining discount group or whatsoever and this is the first time).an agent named ricky told me that i can't cancel my membership since it's too soon(am not even in the system).when i got back from vacation,oct 14 2016 i called again and cancelled my membership.they cancelled it and i have cancellation number.last saturday i was going through my account,i was surprised to see that there's a charge of $16.99 from TLG.today i called them they said i had cancelled my membership to "great fun" or "great fund" but not to TLG buyer's advantage.the agent named miriam can't even find my file or my name in the system.when i told her "how come you're able to charge me $16.99 and am not on your system?"..for the past months,they've been charging $16.99 on my account.for me this company been making a scam!!!shame on you people(TLG),you're stealing money from us!

Continued charging my credit card
This company obtained my credit card information from a vendor, 3rd party when purchasing an on- line airline ticket.
I called numerous times to cancel and complain and reassured each time I would receive a credit back and it was
cancelled.
The following month I would have another $16.99 charge. It has been 11 months- I had to cancel my debit card
with my bank and still do not know how this charge of $16.99 continues to go through. That is another issue with my
bank I will address next. I have just spoken to a supervisor with TLG Buyers and "told" it is now cancelled (again)
and that I will receive 3 months credit back. After asking for a confirmation number- he said " oh yes- I can give you that"
It is W151813358. The cancellation number was not provided until I asked.
I have fraud protection etc but somehow this company still seems to get through the system.

charge to my bank account
a charge was made to my bank account by TLG, I do not have an account with this company.

Unauthorized billing
My credit card was charged on Feb. 19 with a bill for $139.99 for a fraud-guard service I do not want and did not request. The company designation on the credit card bill is “TLG*BuyersAdv#48438267." On Oct. 15, this company had slipped in a bill of $149.99. When I called, they said I ordered the service. I did not remember doing so. I know I did not order the same service again just four months later. That bill gave their phone number: 1-888-657-2733. On September 4, this same company slipped in a bill of $149.99. It is ironic that a company supposedly offering fraud protection is actually perpetrating fraud. I and at least one other have written the Connecticut Attorney General asking for prosecution.

Unauthorized billing
I am getting charged $16.99 a month on my Capital One statement and I have never had a BOA account. I do have an account with Citizen's Bank, but don't know what relation it would be between the two. I haven't taken any offers and just use the card for an emergency payment when short of cash.
