Poor Customer Service

To make a long story short the sales department sent me the wrong charger and I explained to the rep. what I needed five times. Spoke with a supervisor and the don't have the charger I need either. TMobile sold me the tablet and no one has the charger. I have truly been let down with TMobile and now I need to find me a new cell phone carrier. TMOBILE SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
