unauthorized charges on my Masercard

Since the month of november I have unauthorized transaction from TN-bill4tn.com, dopmny.com, ptdell.com, TN-tnpaym.com, Pivaqua*lhbill.com for a total 544.86$. I manage to cess the withdrawal but got just a small amount of my refund. There should be some law to prevent and protect individual from fraudoulus companys like that.
