This company is not legit.
I obtained a 3 day trial. Less than 12 hours after obtaining the trial I tried to cancel online. You can't cancel online.
I then obtained a reference number from their website and called to cancel the service before the rebill.
The agent tried over 10 times to not consent to my cancellation.
I firmly stated I wanted the account cancelled, she finally said she would cancel it.
It didn't matter, they took the rebill anyway.
They are a fraud and dishonest.
Do not do business with them.
My redress now is to protest the charge with my credit card company and to block them from charging on my account.
