no shoes and no refund

i have ordered from tobias mayer last august in 2013, TMC 31726 and have paid Eur420, i have waited for several months and as they claim as back order, i have decided to cancel the deal and is being accepted in november 2013 with cancelllation number 207885,and claim that the amount will be refunded in 14 days but i have never received the refund.please refund immediately.
