Purchase
I have purchased a black hauwei gt 2 watch on special for R1999 after discount on vitality. The watch was faulty and tested. I then try to exchange the same product. The consultant can not credit the same product and show that my statement is now R4000 if i take other item. As i requested then to take of both watches yhey told me my balance is then R2000? How can it be R2000 and i dont have a watch?

Account settlement
I opened an account at Total sports and purchased a pair of shoes, I asked the cashier for a 6months plan which is interest free and didn’t check the till slip. I made a couple of payments but the balance was not going down. I asked the assistance how is it possible for the balance not to go down and they check, it was on 12 month plan with interest. I told them but I didn’t request for a 12 months plan because I only bought for R699 which I can pay in 6months. I called the TFG head office to complain and went to the store 3 times to sort this out but there still no solution to this. I then took the shoes back and told them to close the account and keep all the money that I’ve paid already, they said I must pay R18 for account settlement and how’s that possible? I haven’t received any feedback from the call I made to head office and the complain I logged at the store. I would never recommend people to open an account at TFG ever

Unnecessary charges
I made arrangement with this shop with payment date debit order date 07 every month. But the the 7th they always call me to remind me about my installment which is due on the 1st of every month according to them. I always remind them that our arrangement was on the 7th each month. They charge me always when they call me to remind me as if i forgot or they forget about agreement date

Poor quality
purchased 2 cotton black tights ( total sport brand ) two days ago.
The one has a hol in the legs side by the seam haven't even wore it yet .
This is now the third tight in one month that I purchased that has a problem with the seams?

Missing Items
Good morning,
I will like to lay a complain about an incident that happened yesterday where i was in the store trying to purchase something when i was busy fitting i realize that my phone is missing (Samsung A30). I told the supervisor cos i was sure i lost my phone at the store, so i asked to see the voltage and i was told there that i have to open a case before i can view it, so i need your help to assist me find my phone.

I will never ever advice any1 to buy their phones at total sports... I'm so disgusted...... its been five weeks waiting for my phone ever since I took it back TO the shop for repair... even their manager is useless he doesn't even know how to speak English.. if they can't fix my phone they could have bought it back... my mom and i have decided to report this to te police.... I'll advice any1 to do that

Bad service, unwilling to help
My mom bought my son a pair of nikes at total sport in empangeni. However the size was wrong, so my mom gave me the slip to change the size. I went back to the empangeni branch but they didn't have the correct size. So I went to the richards bay branch. They didn't even have the same shoe in stock nevermind the correct size. So I thought I would get him a different pair of shoes that was in the right size. When it came to making the exchange at the till the guy at the till took the slip processed the credit then asks me for the card???? Obviously I don't have the card, it was a gift and why didn't he ask or inform me of this before he started as I explained to him what had happened. So now the credit has been passed, no new shoes and I can't get the original pair of shoes back either? It's my son's birthday tomorrow the 8 October, with no gift from his grandparents, who did actually get him something.?? So thanks total sports! I have exchanged plenty items from numerous different shops without the card, I don't understand why they couldn't help me? They can take a pair of shoes that they don't even have in stock but they can't do an exchange or reverse a credit? I'm seriously confused... Then they have the audacity to make comments as I'm leaving like I have done something wrong??? Really??? Total sport you need to get your act together!! You have lost a customer, I will never go to you guys again and I will tell and post my story everywhere so everyone I know knows how badly you people deal with your customers. This was a gift for my son, how can I not exchange it????

On the 26 of June me and my husband bought two phone's. Two days after using them my husband noticed that the better on his phone doesn't last so we deleted everything and started comparing it to my phone which had all kind off apps you could think of but still the phone was flat with 12 hours off not getting calls and not being used. So on the 2nd of July I went to return back my phone the service by Lesego at Denlyn complex Mamelodi Crossing i bought it was a disaster very rude and unpleasant once I get my phone back from the so called technician I am never going back. Today is 9 July and I haven't received a call or email. What's next TFG group
