I'm Lerato Ndlovu and I have a complain about Totalsport based at Mall at Carnival.

I went to exchange goods on the 23rd November 2020, the sales consultants just looked at the merchandise and told me they don't have stock.
They didn't even check on the system for the merchandise.

On the 24th, I went to the Totalsport store at Lakeside Mall, I was assisted with so much ease.
They checked for the merchandise on the system, only to find out it reflected two items available at Carnival Mall, the very same store that told me, they didn't have stock!!

The sales consultant, Tebogo from Lakeside Mall called in the shop to enquire about the availability of the merchandise. They replied that it was there and later changed and said there is nothing in the shop. But the system reflects two items available.


My problem is that I had to drive as far as Benoni for something that I could have received on the 23rd November 2020, not to mention the petrol and the time that can not be replaced!
It's really unfair and absolutely unprofessional for a staff with such a reputable name.
Please train your staff with such circumstances. I will never go back to TOTALSPORT Carnival Mall and I will make sure to tell everyone else about their poor service.
