Marvin Parms purchase two cars from this company my concerns are as follow: the cost was over the limit of the credit card, Mr. Parms has concerns why U S A A let the card go over the limit by more than 800.00 dollars with out checking with Mr. Parms and just let it go though Mr. Parms was thinking this was going to take place,Mr. Parms don't know why they let this happen, U S A A is at this time in violation of .CF.R. (226.56)-Requirement for over the limit transaction and other Section of C.F.R laws
