Domestic Parcel Not Received after 1 week

Can i know what is the status of this parcel EH604798009MY?

Goods collected on 13/7/18 until now not yet received. Is already 1 week time, do you know the definition of POSLAJU mean and the expensive charges incurred ? Truly a lousy service, from good to worst in recent months!
