had an old trac phone for 8 years and went to renew it and it did not work-spent 3 hours on phone transferred 3 times and no luck.
I felt that no one knew what they were doing-I than purchased a new one from them-Bad mistake-
the new one never worked-spent 80.00,plus 107.00 for renewal and new phone never had more than 1 bar of signal strength so I was unable to call out.
Whats the sense of having a phone that you are unable to call out
I spent 1 hour every day for one week on the phone to india and no luck
in the mean time they charged my card for another one year
I have gone to consumer cel.with there plan and every thing is great
know I am trying to get credit for all the charges
