Incompetence of staff
I have a pkg sitting at Richmond B.C. sorting ctr for the past 4 days after clearing customs. No updates, no help from staff or mgr's. The ticket is open and under investigation and is due for resolution on Dec 31 after Xmas. The pkg is a Xmas present thanks Canada Post for wrecking Xmas and charging me for Expedited Service and not doing F'all. If I don't recieving the pkg soon, Small Claims Court will be the next step. Cost of pkg, shipping, taxes and misc charges.
Next time I will use UPS, Puralator or any other service but Cda Post for all pkg's. Typical government department and staff, just take our money and do nodda.
