on September 1st I bought through "Microsoft Solitaire Collection" a software "Flight Simulator" of € 69.99 by credit card. To date I have not received any product and no communication relating to delivery.
my credit card number for refund is 5169 9401 6469 0359. It is very unpleasant to see the lack of seriousness towards a large company like Microsoft, which lends itself to these grotesque scams. I hope for your prompt refund.

Ad oggi non ho ricevuto nessun prodotto e nessuna comunicazione relativa alla consegna. il numero della mia carta di credito per il rimborso è 5169 9401 6469 0359. E' molto sgradevole vedere la poca serietà verso una grande ditta come Microsoft, la quale si presta a queste grottesche truffe. Spero in un vostro sollecito rimborso.
