I had to change my ticket of a return flight cause my brother is dying. When I went to change it the guy cancel my whole ticket. Didn't ask for a change fee and said I would get credit for my return flight at a later date. I did this on Saturday the 21. I happen to check with the airlines and was inform I has no ticket. I called Travelocity was inform they had no info that I had purchase a ticket, asked to speak to a supervisor who said she would reassure me a ticket . I WAITED 6 HOURS ON THE PHONE. They hung up on me Twice spoke to 3 supervisors and the last on Giovanni said he reissue a ticket gave me my confirmation # and I just happen to wake up early at 3:00am to check with United and I still didn't have a flight. I called again spoke to Nancy she again asked for $200 change fee which Giovanni said he had . I will never use your company again, I had even purchase the travel insurance . I'm reporting you to the Better Business Bureau Nd I have a large group of family and friends who have used your site and they won't after seeing all the anguish I've thru especially with my brother dying, I do expect someone to address this.
