Problem

I have an unauthorized charge for 99.54 to my USAA bank account for DRI Trend Micro. This is a joke and I can't believe how many people are getting ripped off for this. I no longer have the computer it use to be on. I want this money back on my account NOW!!

Problem

How are they supposed to know you no longer have the computer it was on? Did you read their terms and conditions and follow their cancellation procedure? Readthe T&C, and contact them before you go whining to your bank to dispute the charge.
