Fraudulent charge

I'm being charged for the use of directory assistance through my phone bill on behalf of Triton. I never used directory assistance, never pressed to accept help and never ever got any help. I made a phone call to PC financial MC and my phone went through, I spoke with an agent of them and nothing else. This Triton company is a SCAM, they are thieves. This has to be illegal!
