Land line 613-830-6072 . Received August billing from my provider and a third party call in the amount of $3.89 is showing. Contacted Rogers (my provider) to get clarification but, was told that I needed to get in touch with them to rectify this issue.
Is this a scam? They should be investigated since many have made similar complaints.
What steps can one take to avoid this in the future,
