I discovered an unknown collect call charge from Directory Assistance in New York on my Shaw phone bill. This was dated November 28/17 and I know nothing about it at all. I immediately got ahold of Shaw. I would have liked to have done this in person, but will do that on a weekday.

I went on the Chat line with Shaw and the person directed me to the Tritonglobal website. The site screamed fraud, and I caught on right away. After I read the drivel, I went to google and there was many sites with many complaints regarding the workings of this company. The fact that they are still doing this to people, means to me that our telephone companies are encourageing this and becoming a partner to this, by billing us on behalf of this outfit.

One thing I can't understand is why do these telephone companies even do business with this company at all. They can be sure that the people they are billing on behalf of this company do not know anything about the charges. I will be calling my Shaw customer service and asking for a reversal of charges and an explanation as to why something like this can even happen. This is ridiculous.
