top ups

i have a true mobile phone topped up with credit all the time, at the end of the month even when you still have credit on your phone if you do not top up again they stop you using your phone even when you have credit on it. So lets say i have 100bt on my phone and i dont use it for a month, then i decide to use it and make a call, i cannot i have to go and top it up to use it, lets say i top up with 50bt and i check my balance i will have 150bt and so on, but if you dont top up within that month they will take the 100bt you still have on your phone so you are left with nothing and you have to top up from scratch. Surely this is theft, and if i am right can i sue the company. Could you possibly investigate this matter surely it is illegal in what they are doing. My email is [email protected].
