Internet Connection bad and no support from True move Managment

I am living in Pattaya starting June 2015 @ Naklua in Zire Condominium. When I moved to this apartment, I took True move connection (Home internet) with the speed of 30Mbps which is connected to my Real IP TV. From the time it is installed the internet connection is not good for streaming my real TV. it is ok for Data but streaming is the problem. The issue was up and down most of the time. Last 1 ½ I started complaining to the True move customer care and the issue is not fixed. They requested me to change the speed from 30 Mbps to 100 Mbps which I did, but even after that it is not working. In last 8 months I almost call every day and ask them to fix this issue, but they could not fix the problem till today.

This issue does not exist if I try any other service provider. For example I used AIS mobile connection, try to do hotspot with my real IP TV and there is no streaming issue and work fine all the time. we tried different service provided and I did not see this issue. The issue exist only with True Move.

Till today I don’t see any True move management to reach me on this after so many escalations.

I am try to reach to this forum to see how u can support me on this.

I am looking for refund of money what I paid for last 30 months and also penalty charges which True move need to pay me due to the time I spend for this issue, energy and created lot of stress to me. I would have called them more than 500 times and spend almost close to 200 hrs. to talk about this issue. Request u to consider this and support me as quick as possible on this issue.
