Will Not Refund Credit on my Account

I left Bangkok, Thailand in December 2022. On December 09, 2022, I returned my True Internet/Wifi Router to the True Shop in Central Embassy where I originally opened the account for service at my apartment in Mayfair Garden Apartments. I’ve maintained internet and cell service since December 2020, and the Internet account: 9609262174; Cell# 091-734-5254, was always paid in advance. On December 9, 2022, I spoke with a representative at the True Shop in Central Embassy, and she explained that she could not reimburse my remaining funds on the account back to my original credit card I used to pay the account, and told me that I needed a Local Bank account to be refunded the amount that was remaining on my account. She gave me an authorization form for me to fill out, and took a copy of my Passport. I returned on December 13, 2022, with the forms, and my friend S.B who brought her Bank Book to True Shop/Central Embassy. We both provided the requested information for me to receive my refund, they took copy of Ms. B's Bank book, a signed Authorization form for them to deposit the remaining funds to Ms. B's. bank account, gave me a receipt, and told me that I would receive the reimbursement in 14 days; here it is January 30th, and I have not been refunded the 5,381.91 THB credit amount that is owed to me. I have provided an additional request for copy of Passport as well as additional authorization request for True Shop to reimburse me the credit amount that was left on my account before I left Bangkok, Thailand on December 15, 2022. I would never recommend this service to anyone living or visiting Bangkok, Thailand, they are crooks, and thieves running this business that don't want to refund what they owe you; but instead steal from you. To this day I still have not receive my refund, but I better or the heaven's will hear about this company. I want what is owed to me, and I want it now. Be warned, do not do any business on any level for anything with this company. Deal with them at your own risk. You have been warned.

Refund not Reimbursed

True Move/True Shop Central Embassy has stolen from me. I would not recommend this company to anyone in Thailand wanting honest, decent, and basic internet or phone service provider. I lived in Bangkok, Thailand for two years, and had my internet and phone service set up, and paid months in advance to keep my service uninterrupted. However, on December 9, 2022, I returned my router due to the fact that I was leaving the country, and no longer needed the service. I told the representative that I was leaving Thailand, and that I no longer needed the service so I returned the router, and asked about my refund of the funds that were already on my account. She explained that True could not reimburse my credit card, mind you this is how I paid, and I believe this is how they rip people off, by not refunding the credit card account you opened the account with. Instead, she told me that I would need someone with a Bank account in Thailand so they could transfer my reimbursement in the amount of 5,381.91 THB. On December 13, 2022, I came back to the store, they made a copy of my Passport, and a copy of my friend's Bank book, and a signed Authorization giving True Shop permission to transfer my refund to my friend's Thai Bank account. Nearly two months later, I have not received my refund. In addition, I have provided the same information to them twice, and Nothing. Over $100.00 USD has been stolen from me by True Move/True Shop Central Embassy, and I still have not receive my refund. I would never recommend this company to anyone living in Thailand or even just visiting. As a matter of fact, a few of my Thai colleagues have stated they are changing their service for how I'm being treated. I hope everyone reads this truthful statement. I have never dealt with such a unprofessional, and dishonest business in Thailand, but this is a major one, and I don't advise anyone to waste their money, especially since it is hard to come by these days, and when a company owes you money you expect to be reimbursed fairly, but all I can say is this company is corrupt, because I have not received my refund, and I'm reading that I'm not alone.
