On the 28 September 2016 I visited truworth at Eyethu mall (gauteng),my visits was to ask about my 6 months cellphone installement because its was exceeded agreement of which was 6 month,unfornutely ididnt receive help I deserve because cashier was rude on me,she even mentioned to call security to escort me out if I was not leaving,m not sure with her name either TSHidi or Thidi but she was working with Kenny( other cashier).I was not happy at all the way she handled my problem even now my problem still not sorted.I kmilove truworth because of quality,but now m thinking to switch to other clothing because of my poor experience,my
