I have a dispute with my monthly instalement. I have an option of purchasing over 6 or 12 months. I had a balance of about 12 000. Where I was paying an instalement of 1200.00 pm. Did not miss any payment. Paying n purchasing. All my purchases are for 12months. My current balance is about 5600.00. Which post 2 be re calculated bec I purchase resent. My instalement is still about 1200.00. Which does not make sense bec I was given the option for 12 month n pay interest. The stuff that I bought this year does not make the 12months n being charge interest. Phoned the account department was told that they will re calculate. Today still not done. Don't tell the customer u can purchase for 12 month. Very disappointed with the service. Phoned 29/10/2015. To find why it was done. Was told another story. Spoke to 4 consultant n was told something different. There is no consistence. Unhappy customer
