I was during my lunch time at Truworths to make payment. From there I went to the jewellery department as I wanted to purchase a watch as a gift. I asked the tellers if they could get someone, they said they would call someone. I waited. I only get an hour lunch. Stood by the stairs and asked a consultant that was by the clothes section, if she could get someone to assist me. She said she would. She went to the inside where staff are, I assume. She called someone. The person came out and all i heard her say is that there is no one there, she walked right pass me. Never said a word. I stood there waiting for someone, no one came. I eventually left not getting a thing.
I am very disappointed that there really was no one willing to assist. The lady looked like a manager, but the least she could have done apologise and told me that she would get someone to assist.

Sad, if you don't make payment on your account. You quick to call or send messages, so how do I go about as a client to get assistance once in the store.

I surely hope that someone will take the time to read and reply.
