I am very angry and disappointed if the service I receive at Truworths campus square on Friday 16 October 2015, I work Monday to Monday , and the only chance I had to go and pay for my account they closed before time, they are suppose to close at 6 but apparently they close at 5:45pm, I didn't understand how trading hours are 9h00 to 18h00 than. I tried to speak to the security who didn't want to hear it and slam the door on me, the manager came and didn't offer me any help except to come the next day. They only thing they cared about was to go home, now my account on errors because of late payment ad now have bad record for late payment.
