I handed my cell phone to truworths that was puchased less than 3 months ago and less than 6 months ago however for the lcd screen that was lifting, handed in 26 June 2014 and no possitive feedback today the 14 July 2014 more than 7 working days, I was referd to clause 6 on the purchase form by the store manager Faith , the reason for that i cannot confirm. The technician also never gpt back to me when i mailed him back on Friday 11 July 2014..

What are they all running away from? I need my phone in order to stay in contact and Truworths is making this extremely difficult.
I even went on to Helo Peter and even with this i have no feedback.
