I bought a cellphone on the 29 August when I got home late in the evening the cellphone stopped working, the following day it was a Sunday and I couldn't go back to the store I went back on Monday. When I got there I was told that they can not assist me with swapping the phone I have to wait for 7 days for them to take or back to MTN. After 8 days still waiting no communication from the store when I call they always say Happygirl is in available. Please assist me with this query as I'm losing my patience.
