As I was purchasing items on the 16th of April 2016, I forgot my car keys on the counter and and the teller grace was handed my keys as she says, placed them in her drawer to hand them over to me, as I requested them she then could not find the keys in her drawer she searched all over but could not find them, I got agitated and started fighting as it seems like the rest of the staff were not interested in the keys which have since disappeared in her drawer, I stood there for a good 3hours waiting for my keys, I was told by the stupid manager that I was careless and grace did not take my car keys like she had said, I'm really disappointed because right after his statement my car keys were found in the men's department where I obviously didn't go to. It seemed to me that they did this just to spite Grace in my view it amounts to theft by ur staff and I am prepared to report such barbaric behavior to the highest level of authority as it is clear that had I not stood my ground my car keys would not have been found, question is when hiring your staff don't you do background checks because thieves are being hired!!!!! I'm disgusted
