GOOD DAY

Morning my name is Michael Jacobs I have been a loyal Customer of your Truworth store for years it is sad to begin this Beautiful day with a complaint. I was at Truworth Klerksdorp this morning to buy Shoes for myself and Cloths for my son. But I was met with a rude lady who she proudly called herself Saya at a Man Shoe Department.

My bad experience of shopping resulted when I was looking for a Black Shoe.

I found the shoe but it was the wrong size and with her bad attitude she went to look for the shoe size saying the are no other shoe sizes, picked another one and she couldn't find the size I then tried another shoe but this one was grey I ask if it was coming in Black she angrily asked me if I see a Black Shoe of that type being displayed? My reply was no then she said if the was a Black shoe of that type it would have been displayed don't you think? And I said sorry that was very stupid of me and she said don't you think?

I then walked away but I felt it was unfair for her to give me such attitude, I ask one of the worker a Manager's office she showed me before that I told her of what happened I then said to her it would be unfair of me to complain before I take it the matter with her as I would like her to understand that I was unhappy with her she accused me of yelling at her.

When I walked away from her I asked her her name as I didn't see a name tag she replied with pride "I am Siya" that's when I took up my complain to the Manager but the Manger could not help me immediately as he was doing a Bank of wish I understood.
