Bad conduct

I been buying online from Truworths for a while without any problems and have been using The Bluff Truworths as collection store and staff there are amazing..
I then ordered couple items in different dates and I changed the pick up store to Musgrave center. There's various items bought on different dates (29 July/26 Aug 2020).
I noticed that each time I'm picking such items sales assistant at counter always rip open the package taking receipts out and in the process handling the garments.
We going through coronavirus and I have staffers handling my items yet they touching thousands a day.I don't have a system at home to steam the items before trying them whilst taking extra care not damage tags etc in case I need to return such. At no stage am I asked if I give concern.
The person responsible is Shabar .The amazing part is that Truworths Bluff scans the package without opening it and if they require order number it's readily available on my profile as well as sms sent for collection
I would really like this done differently instead of leaving the store unhappy.
