bad service
At around 17:30 Wednesday 05/08/2015 I walked into truworth secunda mall. Their were only 2 service consultants at the point of service and customers had been standing for more than 5minutes. So as one of the customers in the store? I took it upon myself to ask one of the service consultant if they were short staffed. But Portia the lady at the service area rudely answered YES. And upon my request to call the manager? Which she failed to do so or "refused". And when a consultant finally came to the tills, everything was so negative. For a store like truworths which charges customers when they request for certain things to be sent to the nearest branch. It's highly an acceptable and the attitude of staff needs to change, irrespective of the person or customer being assisted
