The manager of Truworths Watercrest Mall was so rude to me today when I tried on a jacket . He rudely told me that " we have fitting rooms" as if I did not know that. I mean really a jacket I didn't even take off anything I was wearing but that's beside the point the APPROACH sucked! ! Even worse getting that from the Store manager himself.

I will never buy there again clearly customer service is not important to them
