Installation not done am not happy

Am not happy with the guy that was allocated to came and install my explora decoder because his very unprofessional now am running late for work because of him so kindly asking that you get me a different guy please by today I need my decoder installed or am returning my package. I'll not pay a monthly installment for something that am not 100% happy with. The name of the gentleman is Kenny form TsT satelite tv.
