I was wronged by the company and they will not correct the mistake

I was told wrong information from the beginning by customer service. Instead of a certain department not doing their job correctly, I was left without receiving the product which I signed up to receive. The recorded phone messages, that I made to Tupperware, were not listened to from this department, they did not send me an e-mail after they made a decision. These phone calls would confirm that I am correct. Upper management is going to stick with what that department says. Even though I have waited 6 months for a resolution, wronged in different ways - Tupperware will not honor their values.

User's recommendation: Do not deal with Tupperware. The quality of product is not what it once was, bowls are definitely made with cheap plastic. A fork scratches the material.
Customer Service is no where of the quality is once was.
When you phone, your on hold for long periods of time. E-mails are not answered.
